A healthy, appreciative working environment that supports development is the key to long-term success and to keeping good people.

The following programmes develop potential, improve internal communication and establish a safe way of working together. Every workshop can be run preventively or in response to a specific situation.

Mentoring programmes: integration, disability and generations

Mentoring is an effective way to develop talent and open up career paths inside your own organisation. Experienced mentors and mentees work together over a clearly defined period. Knowledge is passed on, and the bond with the organisation grows stronger. The programme combines a structured framework with individual one-to-one sessions.

Anti-bullying workshop

Bullying at work never harms one person alone: it reduces the performance of at least two people and affects the whole environment. The workshop protects mental health in the team and productivity – as prevention as much as an intervention in an actual conflict.

Violence at work and prevention of sexualised violence

Any form of violence or sexualised harassment damages the working climate, reduces performance and loyalty, and harms an organisation's reputation for a long time. Because of group dynamics and serious intimidation, those affected often cannot resolve such situations on their own.

The workshop sends an unambiguous signal: management makes clear that such behaviour is unwanted and has consequences. Afterwards a permanent internal contact point can be established, offering long-term protection.

Clear communication without discrimination

People rarely communicate in an unclear or discriminatory way on purpose – misunderstandings arise nonetheless. The workshop provides a practical guide to communication that is respectful and easy to understand for every audience. For the plain-language element, the content follows the quality standards of CAPITO.

Empowerment: “Brand ME”

This seminar is for everyone who wants to shape their professional future actively. The focus is on making individual strengths visible. It also deals constructively with weaknesses – for more self-confidence and personal responsibility at work.

Preventing extremism

People with extreme political or religious ideologies can damage both the working climate and performance. The workshop explains the different forms of extremism and offers ways of responding – always taking your company policy into account.

After the input, those responses are tried out in group exercises so that staff feel equipped to act.
